Has anyone picked up this new Cerrone CD as of yet? If so, any comments on the entirety of the project?

Yes, they send me one.

It's a party album with the standard Cerrone classics in remixed version.

Nothing really new but very enjoyable, even if you already have the originals. Click on the "Cerronemusic" link and you will hear some of the tracks.

Thanks for the Cerrone music link. I actually listened to that the first day I saw your posting.

I was just curious how the entire CD played out because sometimes songs may start out well only to tank in the middle. Other songs that start out flat turn into grand melodies by the middle and ending.

So, this is a remix of some of his other work then and not an actual new CD at all?

I just have to place an addendum here. I purchased the new Cerrone from iTunes and must say, this is magnificent.

Listening to this on Bose speakers makes the whole thing come alive as though everyone is right beside me playing a private concert. Definately worth the purchase price!
