It looks like the prop they used in Kurt Russell's version of, "The Thing". You know --- slimy, ugly dog bursting out of alien gut --- ouch!

Default sorry, I don't believe it even for a minute
that picture looks like one of those "pasted together" jobs. I don't believe a dog that ugly would have survived birth; it's mother would have killed it.
