What was the first computer you ever had?

An Apple Power Mac 8500 back in 1996, which I used to start this site in the same year. It had a 120Mhz processor, a whopping 16 Mbs of RAM, 4Mbs of VRAM and a-gasp-1 Gb hard drive. How things change over the course of a few years.

The one I'm using now. I was a late discoverer. Before this one I only had a Psion-pocket PC.

I started off with an Amstrad 256K word processor, in 1984 or thereabouts?

I've never owned a computer & probably never will. I'd rather spend my money on records & CDs darlings (& cars).

Anyway, my first was an IBM PS1 with a 286 chipset :D
