Felicity Huffman, who stars as Lynette Scavo in "Desperate housewives" will be playing the lead as a transsexual woman who undergoes a sexoperation. The forthcoming movie is called "Transamerica". In the scenes where she has become a man she will wear a very realistic dildo which she has named "Andy".

I felt the need to blurt out this bit of trivia -- reminded of it by the name "Andy."

Pat Hackett's book "The Warhol Diaries" claims that Warhol, after photographing good looking young men, in various states of undress, would excuse himself to another room where he would bring himself to his "organza" [Warhol's words].

Warhol did, in fact, photograph transsexuals, too.

He must be in heaven thoroughly enjoying "Desperate Housewives." I'm waiting for it to come out on DVD, as I work during its airtime.
