Default Kerry Quotes Nixon: curiouser and curiouser

Whether Dem or Rep, you'd better read this one close to the "porcelain microphone" and turn the gain up high...

Campaigning in Xenia, OH, John Kerry uttered the following:

"Remember how only Nixon could go to China?" he said. "Only John Edwards and John Kerry can get tort reform done in America, in a way that's fair. It's in my plan. It's nothing new. The Bush people are distorting this."

Now, I'm a Republican (with a Social Conscience) but also know that George Bush is a dangerous man. But when I hear Kerry pandering to Ohio's "mini-Bible-Belt" like this in a feeble attempt to convince Bush voters that an ultra-liberal Senator from Massachusetts will do, I wonder if the same idiotic logic will be applied to his decisions should he become president.

In the words of Lewis Carroll, "curiouser and curiouser..."
