Well as if you needed another reason to hate the French Fantomas, the nation that gave us La Cage Aux Folles have done it again. According to this link http://entertainment.msn.com/tv/arti...px?news=169167
France's bold move in this direction will be a first. I was little surprised to read in the article that France is at two extremes on this.
Anyway for the rest of you outside France concerned about the moral decay being led by those Frenchies, you can probably get it on an old style satellite system. You'll really wanna tune in after midnight to see how down in the gutter those x-rated movies are.

We've had a gay cable channel up here for about a year or two called PRIDE.Haven't checked it out,so I can't comment on the content,as you have to subscribe to it and it's just not my thing.

Yep-it will be on air very soon and is called Pink-TV

The station is aimed at gays and will show specials about gay relationships, debates, movies and series like "Queer as folk" and programmes about Aids and Soa's.

Four times a week they will air a gay-porn movie.

It's for subscribers and the management hopes to get 200.000 members.

We have a gay radio station here. It is awful. And every other one I've heard in other cities are just as bad.

Personally, I don't see the need for gay TV or radio. Gay-themed TV shows bore me, and I hate the constant black/white division of straight and gay. They really aren't that far apart in reality.

p.s. I am "gay". That is, I sleep with men (when I do have a sex life, that is).

I guess I can relate to your point Born2disco. Some of the "Black" shows on black night on commercial television are often bad. It's usually filled with buffoonery. I like comedy but some of the stuff is just plain stupid. To parallel your point, these programs play into some stereotype that they figure the audience expects.
