LOL not too sure I should answer this. We may be in way over our head and turn this whole place into Taylor George mania.
Anyway I was a big superhero fan as a kid and use to see all the superhero movies such as Superman ect..I also collected loads of both Marvel & DC comics at the time.
When they started airing the Hulk show on swedish TV around 80-82 I was instantly hooked and saw every damn episode they ever put on.
After that I forgot all about it until last year when I (courtesy of Jimmy) heard some of the unrelased disco-funky stuff Joe Harnell did for the show. LOL i'm hooked all over again now!!

I wished they'd used Lou in that movie instead of that CGI nonsense they came up with. Snooze...

Ahh that movie I didnt even bother to see as it had nothing to do with the show and just comic book (which was completely different from the show, charactor name and all). I heard Lou made a cameo though in it. What they need id say is a film version of the episode "Like A Brother" (now K-Bee is probably the only one that knows about that episode other than me..long live Taylor George lol)

yeah the movie tried to be as close as possible to the original comic, and alltogether they did succeed in creating a believable enviroment that fans of the comic could relate to. Having Sam Elliott as General Ross is some of the best damn casting ever.
Unfortunately the movie soon turned out to be nothing more than a "day-time soap opera meets the beauty & the beast" type thing with some unmemorable CGI effects on top. Ang Lee was defenitely not the right one to direct this.

FYI "Like A Brother" is a kinda "Hulk Meets Shaft" like episode, with an amazing funky score laid down by Joe Harnell. The episode also features the late Carl Anderson playing a rather troubled guy, needing the help of Bixby/Hulk in order to deal with a pimp/drugdealer who goes by the name of Taylor George.

And to add the part of Taylor George is played by Tony Burton..most famous for being Apollo's trainer in all the Rocky films. As well as making a cameo in "The Shining" as the guy who gives the snow mobile to the one dude that tried to rescue the family from Jack Nicholson..so if Jack coulda just said before he axed him.."where did you get this snow mobile to get here!?? You got this from Taylor George..HUH!??" then axed him LOL LOL
