Default 70's Horror: "Frogs" (1972)

"Frogs" (1972)

If global warming doesn't get us, then nature will do it another way. Just having fun with this horror film by American International from 1972. It was quite a shocker for the time. And it also had a young Sam Elliott - that alone is worth watching!

Squeamish with snakes and bugs? Be careful!

Jason Crockett is an aging, grumpy, physically disabled millionaire who invites his family to his island estate for his birthday celebration. Pickett Smith is a free-lance photographer who is doing a pollution layout for an ecology magazine. Jason Crockett hates nature, poisoning anything that crawls on his property. On the night of his birthday the frogs and other members of nature begin to pay Crockett back.

Starring Ray Milland, Sam Elliot, Joan Van Ark, Adam Roarke, Judy Pace, Lynn Borden, Mae Mercer, David Gilliam and Nicholas Cortland

I saw "Frogs"!!!!!! Went on a double date with another couple.
We were all stoned s***less too. Don't remember to much about it except that it was really stupid and Ray Milland's first flick in many years (?) don't think he made too many more before he croaked.
