 Nipple Spotting! After all the alarming reports on the environment it's very reassuring that the Nipple population is still very healthy and growing in numbers. As recently discovered on Paris Hilton:   And Lily Allen:  However, we are not sure if the Nipples are still with Avril Lavigne but we are investigating this!
