 Spike Lee Directs James Brown Biopic! Director Spike Lee will proceed with his biopic on James Brown. They were both working on it and the Godfather had already given his permission to use his music. Brian Gazer is currently developing the project for Paramount Studios and the production is scheduled for 2008.
