As for the LP, I have to give it a second listen, maybe a third, fourth and a fifth....I was expecting a RETURN to her earlier sounds (at least, in part) and so far, from what I have heard, she is trying to compete with many of the youngins....I mean, come on, Gloria, where are your loyalties? To the 18 year olds?

where are all those faboulous "Never Can Say...." intros and orchestrations...sounds too hippety hoppity for my tastes.....and that Tata Vega tune should have been left off the CD or at least copies.....she is still in great voice and I am happy that her name is back on the block....anyway, maybe I will have a change of heart in a month from now...as for the moment, a return to her "GLOR-Y" days is not what one should expect....This is no BELIEVE, believe me!

I saw the new Gloria Gaynor album at Wal-Mart recently. I want to listen to it before buying it, though. It looks like she survived.
