Now to address one of the more serious aspects of the show. The fact about the inheritance.

This is a very interesting dispute because when you look at it it comes down to a battle between paradigms.

And the assumption on what marragie should or shouldn't be.

There is the old assumtion that was dominant 150-100 years ago
1. Marriage for wealth. (including money, status, class etc..)
Then there is the present assumption
2. Marriage for Love.
Then there is the new rebellious reason
3. Marriage for Lust.

The Marriage for love is seems to be the best solution and best paradigm. But many people are so desperate for it. They end up trying to convince themselves that they are inlove when they are really not. True Love is an emotion that is not experinced by the majority of the population (The few lucky/unlucky ones that experience this intoxiacation should IMO make the most of it).

ANS background is not the most "glamerous" she had a tuff childhood. She grew up in a small city. She tried to make something out of herself. She went into the "dancing buisness". A buisness were money talks few strippers dance because they love having men drool on them, most of them defend their job with "I am making in a week what I use to make in a month".

So Looking at ANS upbringing her being raised in a small texas town. It is not so strange that she didn't believe in true love. But rather in the old notion of finding a husband to secure her future. Altough most of the men in the stripp bars were crazy for her when she was dancing none of them would give her the time of day outside the bars.

This LEad to ANS adapting the old paradigm of Marrying for wealth. She adapted to an extreme making her love the money and the security that came with the territory. Thus making her a "gold digger extreme".
And what better love for a gold digger then an billionaire that is old and willing to Spend/Give her all his fortune. So if a gold digger was ever to find true love this was as close as true love can get for a gold digger.

Had this happend 120years ago the common opinion of the lower and middle class would be somewhat along the lines "What a clever girl used what she got and married up to the very financial pinnacle of society".
The upper class would however loath her even then because they would of thought as infidle in their social class.

Now however the middle class recents her. Since the Common Paradigm is true love. And Altough few people marry for the sole reason. They try to give their "cake" a true love "icing". ANS challenges this notion to such an extent that it no longer holds.

The Lower Class look up to her to some extent but most people love to hate her because of pure envy... and since the dominating middle class hates her its easier to hate her then to like her.

The Upper class don't really feel nothing about her, just that she is outdated and marrying with the wrong paradigm.

Now to the Other side of the story that of Howard Marshall. He Married for the third paradigm a very rebellious paradigm that is all the time trying to gain ground from the now dominating paradigm. He Married ANS for Lust.
100 years ago this would of been very debatle as well. Since he married not of his social class. He married down a couple of classes. What is important in that class is A. Your Wealth and B Your Family name. Now marrying ANS in his old years has stained his family name for a couple of generation to come a burdon which his son Pierce and his offspring will have to live with.
If this would of been France 50years ago the common saying would go as to "Never Marry your mistress". I doubt ANS would have all the traits to make a good wife, however she proably had all the traits to make a good mistress.

Now the common opinion of this men is that he is an old pervert that married the young sexbomb using his money to get some couchie.

So here have one marriage among two people marrying for two controversial paradigmes in todays society.
This is why society doesn't want ANS to get the inheritance because Howard and ANS. Try to show Society that they were stronger then it, this is societies way of payback.

As for how the Attornety Howard K Stern should go about. ALl I can say is he needs a jury of old conservative people that still respect the notion of marrying for wealth. With a Mix of new rebellious young people who tend to accept the fact of marrying for something as shallow as lust.

What he should look out for are jury members in their 30'50's who consider or rather want to consider True Love the only way.
Ironically most Jury members tend to consist of people that fall in to the latter category. And that are happily married and think Dr. Phil is a guy with all the right morale values, opinions and ethics.....

My Personal Opinion on should or should she not get the money is
Ofcourse She should.
1.I don't care if she was H Marshall's nurse, maid, graderner or mistress. If he wanted her to get part of her fortune she should get it. Honour a Dead man's last wish!

2. It would of been much better putting a multi millionaire fortune in ANS hands then in Pierce Marshalls. Since At least ANS would share it with the rest of the world by going around and carelessly spending it.

Creating new jobs and new fortunes.
To many people.......
And ofcourse coluring the world in Leopard and Pink!

First of all
Now to answer the questions

Bobby Trendy for me is being quite pathetic as his only reason for delying the shipments and decorations of the house is that he wants to stay on the show for as long as possible. As long as he doesn't deliver anythiong broken its good PR for him.

The worst thing that could happend to little Bobby is ofcourse if H K Stern was to hire a new decorator which would have it all finished in a day, and make B Trendy look very incompetent.

But I doubt Stern is so keen on using his energy to find another decorator that specializes in Brother-Nostalgia.

AS far as the show is concerned I think this was all Howard K Stern idea since he is tired of waiting around for his fee from the Marshall money. I think he is seeing the hsow as a reason to make ends meet. I few watch every episode one can see that Howard is trying to play ANS like a pupettier. Pulling the strings and controlling the events.
