| Former Ranger claims he served as Aiken's Claymate An ex-Army Ranger told the National Enquirer about his alleged motel romp with Clay Aiken (pictured). Former Army Ranger John Paulus swore he wasn't going to sell out singer Clay Aiken when we contacted him last week about rumors that he'd had sex with the supposedly straight "American Idol" star. "They couldn't pay me enough to have my pics on the supermarket stand," he told us at the time. "I am not the type of guy that would make life difficult for anyone." But that was then. Turn to page 10 of the new National Enquirer, and there's shirtless John Paulus, talking about his alleged hotel "romp" with the 27-year-old Aiken. "On Dec. 16, using the screen name of 'valleyprettyboy,' Clay sent me his first instant message," Paulus claims. He contends that, after a month's correspondence, Clay admitted he wanted a "discreet bf." After arranging a meeting at a Quality Inn in Garner, N.C., Paulus says, "Clay told me his ex-lover was selfish and mean. And within five minutes he started to feel my arms and put his hands on my leg. "We started to mess around and Clay said he wanted to have sex with me. Before I knew it, we were having unprotected sex. "He kept telling me, 'We're going to do this many more times.'" Enquirer editors say Paulus has passed a lie-detector test. He's also said to have saved his instant-message exchanges with Aiken, as well as a DNA-encrusted washrag. Not that he was planning to sell his tale, or anything. Aiken has repeatedly denied he is gay. His rep declined comment. |

| I'd have to say that the media and the world still has a hell of a long way to go when the only identity that we associate with Clay Aiken is the assumed fact that the guy may be gay. Other than knowing he was an American Idol runner-up, I can't name one song that I'd recognize as his. The only thing that keeps his name out there is this gay reference. His name, along with the Brokeback Mountain jibs and jabs, are all just getting a bit tiring seeing that being gay is still looked at as something to make fun of...a punching bag when all other jokes fail. We're coming up to almost 40 years since the Stonewall riots brought us out to the light....guess it's going to take at least a couple more generations before we start to see any improvement. |

| Nine former fans of American Idol star Clay Aiken are forging ahead with threats to sue his record label bosses for false advertising. The one-time devotees have been shocked by recent US tabloid claims the wholesome pop singer is gay and they've filed a Federal Trade Commission complain against executives at RCA and Sony/BMG, alleging they were duped in marketing and promotional campaigns. The nine-strong group, listing themselves as "aggrieved consumers" Susan J, Patricia A, Jacquelyn C, Karen G, Phyllis S, Carol M, Karen G, Kim M and Linda F, hail from all over America. They allege that employees of RCA, Sony/BMG, and Aiken himself "engaged in collusion to prevent public disclosures they believed might be harmful to their product". The angry ladies go on to state, "This is tantamount to a manufacturer concealing information about a defective product. Therefore these actions were both unfair and deceptive to consumers." A spokeswoman for the group says, "As consumers, we feel ripped off. It is obvious now that the private Clay is very different from the manufactured packaged public Clay that was marketed to us." The group is asking the FTC to investigate the practices of the record companies, to invoke civil penalties where appropriate, and to enjoin the companies from violating the Federal Trade Commission Act. |

There is so much wrong with this scenario. I notice that it's all women in the list who threaten legal action. I think the best remedy for them is to tell them to get therapy and join the thousands upon thousands of other women who were duped by the gay men they fell in love with. |

Recently I saw a piece where a new study concludes that “Ugly” people are subjected to ridicule though life and grow up in un- proportional numbers to be *Failures* , and therefore are more predispose to commit crimes and unjustly incarcerated, Don’t be surprise if liberals start pushing in court for special *rights* and privileges for ugly people next. I also remember inner cities obese people suing fast food chains because this is the only readily available food in their depressed neighborhoods and therefore they (Corporations) should be responsible for the high rates of obesity and related deceases.. This are the kind of destructive ludicrous and irrational ideas that Liberals are pushing in our courts and on Society at large. . |

| I think it's safe to say the ultra conservatives would be more bothered by Clay being a gay man. |

| I think all this Idol/X-Factor/Star Academy-stuff is getting way out of proportions. They take some idiotic teens, cover them in a sauce of prefab-popmusic, put some hyped-fashion humbug over them and feed them to a public that has really nothing better to do with their lives than hanging before the television the whole evening and start wars around the absolute nothing! And as Mix points it out very correctly. The ultra-liberals always have their mouth full of political correctness and freedom and all they are really doing is make a goddamn law for everybody and everything and create a society where over-regulation is the new dogma. The hell with those prophets of fake and hypocrisy. And for those girlies that are taking this guy to court for apparently not admitting that he is gay: Go play with your pathetic Barbies and put on your f**king Michael Bolton records. Okay  |

| Somewhere along the line, something's gone amiss with this topic. Exactly how can 'ultra-liberals' be blamed for the situation of a gay man who didn't disclose his true sexuality because of his musical career and his female admirers who feel wronged because they didn't know about his homosexuality? If anything, if it weren't for ultra-conservatives and their close-mindedness, gays wouldn't still feel the need to remain in the closet in order to feel safer and to protect their careers as well as hide their inner shame about who they are. That's the issue here and that's the issue we see time and time again with every person who's been outed by the media. |

So,if I go to Starbucks tomorrow and I order a coffee and I stick a spoon in my eye, I have to sue Starbucks for millions of dollars? Because I am clumsey, I have to take someone to court? That's your current ultra-liberal judicial system, folks! And that has nothing to do with outing, or being anti-gay or whatsoever! Those girliez should be grounded for a few months without television. That's what I call EDUCATION! "Oh daddy, weep-weep, I was in love with Aiken and now he's, weep-weep gay" "OMG, honey, let's go to court and sue that bastard, I need a new car" I try again: what we have here is a manufactured star, right? Some business-people (who are laughing their asses off and counting their money while reading stuff like this) launch a product. After a while some people discover that the product is not exactly what they "bought" and now they want a refund, right? Now, I'm very sorry to say this but if you are faking, like Aiken apparently did, you take the consequences. In other words, if you sell out to a junkshow like that, don't come crying when the shit hits the fence, right? So that's the point we reached in popmusic. The voice, not important! The songs, not important! Talent, not important! The package, the product, the unit, that's what we are dealing with. The industry is poisoned by jerks that don't know music but only bank-accounts, stocks and marketing (yeah Madonna, you're one of them too) and still so many people watch that crap, listen to that crap and buy that crap. And tell me: the whole issue of Aiken being gay or not? You're talking about it, right? Ever come to your minds that it was intended to be a discussion? First rule of publicity: "I don't care what they say about me, as long as they spell my name right" Bring back the times where local talents were discoverd by A&R managers who signed them for what they are and the songs they wrote and stop these fake talentscouting shows. We have the same crap in Belgium. The winners are forgotten after six months. And in Belgium people don't give a damn if somebody's gay or not. It just isn't an issue here. But, carry on, let them fool ya! They're filling their pockets! |
