the finger pointing that they do and their cockiness is so annoying! Neither will make the cut.... they both think they're "all that" pftttt! They keep showing a segment where Simon is tired of their bitching.... you know it's about them.


the bald guy is gonna make it to the top 24, no doubt. the black 16 year old girl, grey haired male, are huge standouts. this is gonna be another great competition.

I've pretty much watched all the seasons this one seems like there will be a good fight to the top. Any bets as to who wins top 10?

I gotta tell you the 2 more most important things
not to do is be cocky or drama queens. They will not make the Top 24.... guaranteed! I'm sure that both of them are gonna save the best for last.... I can't wait 'til next week.

Twins Derrell and Terrell Brittenum have bonded out of jail after being charged with forgery, and they said they have, predictably enough, been kicked out of American Idol 5.

Their lawyer, Maurice Bennett, tells MTV.com that they were scheduled to fly to LA Sunday, but that they were “uninvited” by Idol producers. FOX has still not announced that they’ve officially been dropped from the competition, perhaps because there are already-taped segments with the twins that the show will air.

It doesn't make sense to watch American Idol tonight to find out who'll be in the top 24 male/female to move on.

I hope a rocker does win it this year! Bo had Carrie beat by a long shot last year. What the hell is she doing now? Hersheys commercials? Come on now...Shes the female version of Rueben Studdard.

Carrie Underwood is currently sitting at #1 on the Billboard country charts with her song "Jesus Take The Wheel" and her cd is also the #1 country album. The album also peaked at #2 on the Pop album chart and still in the top 20.

I know there's lots of sour opinions in regards to country music (I like older country...not into any current country music) but seeing that Kenny Chesney was one of the top ten hottest tickets in entertainment last year, I think Carrie's doing pretty okay since her Idol days.

early favorites to make it into the top 10:

Ace Young - Will fit right into America's contemporary pop music. He has everything going for him. The girls are gonna love him.

Chris Daugherty - The rocker! He's got an interesting voice... Has the tools to make it.


I'll throw in some opinions for the ladies later.

That guy Taylor Hicks who keeps channeling Ray Charles is starting to get on my nerves. Too weird for me. :D

most of all.... I just want to be entertained. That's not asking too much, eh? It doesn't matter to me if you sing rock, pop, soul or country.... just as long as you have a good voice, i'll root for ya

you can tell Simon is over it already... Randy & Paula can't get those smiles off their faces. I'd be suprised if he doesn't make the Top 12.
