I have no idea how many people are familiar with this film, but it's one of my favorites, and this quote is one I actually do say because I relate to it completely:

I meant that I use that line in reference to my own breath, but sure, I'd also rather not feel (taste?) like I'm sticking my tongue into an ashtray or a garbage can, you know?

OK, Jeff AKA Bitchy with a "B" says my guess is wrong, BUT I should post it so all the world know I be stupid.

It sounded like Matthew Broderick to me. I guessed "Election". WRONG!!!!!

Now I think I heard this in something I saw in the last few years. Next guess: John Cusack in "High Fidelity"???

I can't say definitively that Mr. Sarah Jessica Parker never uttered these words in some film at some time, but he did not say these words in the film I'm thinking of.

Is that answer vague enough?
