When they are in the neighbourhood I definitely gonna see them. They didn't only make splendid records, they were also a superband on stage.

I'm glad to see that they are still on the road and recording.

Cherish them!

I love me some Fatback! They are one of the greatest funk bands, and they definitely knew how to adapt to changes in the musical landscape-they went from protodisco joints such as "Nija Walk" to early '80s electrofunk with ease! Too bad they're in Europe now, but that seems to be the case with older acts-they receive greater success and attention overseas than in the American marketplace. "Goin' to see my baby/I'm goin' home...."

I'm not surprised to see Fatback relocating in Europe. After all, their biggest fanbase was always in th UK.

Thanx K-Bee ,, I appreciate that very much as I would not ask a silly question ,, ,, I just couldn't get into that site yesterday ..
Anyway looks like a fair lineup ... just of the top of my head I remember other players in the Fatback family like Sam Culley , Fred Demery , Calvin Duke .
Does Anyone know anything about these other guys ?
