Default NEW DAVID RUFFIN UNRELEASED ALBUM DUE

UNISSUED DAVID RUFFIN ALBUM - SOON AVAILABLE!
look out for a new CD release by David Ruffin due out in July. The album is called ‘David’ was the great mans third solo album recorded in 1969, however it never got released and has sat in the vaults of Motown for 35 years until now. The set does include ‘You Can Come Right Back To Me’ that was a 7 " release now getting hard to find and expensive, and a reworking of ‘I Want You Back’ that was issued on c.d a while back,if the rest are as good as these two i cant wait. The CD is a limited edition.
im at at the front of the queue, no pushin at the back please

Hi Discodisk,

great news about David Ruffin. A lost album! Well, the guys at MOTOWN are very lazy or narrow minded when it comes to explore the vast catalog of the label. Maybe this release marks the beggining of the opening of the MOTOWN vaults. We MOTOWN fans know that there's lots of entire albums rejected by the label in the 60's that can be released today - where's THE SUPREMES SING DISNEY CLASSICS?

Peace,

zeca azevedo, I'm back to collect

Got one of these yesterday, numbered 2,040 of 3,500. I was quite surprised to be offered a sealed copy. Reduced from £19.99 to £12.00. 8)

I haven't played it yet - after 2 years of sitting on my arse and eating Haagan-Dazs all day, I've actually been going into work the past few days (and today...and the next few)
I plan to have a listening session on Monday when it's all over  with the headphones and my favourite confection.

what is it with hipo-select mail order? they now wont deliver outside north america, probibly because so much stuff is getting lost, heres a clue why.
today i recieved my delayed order motown complete singles vol 1 its about the size of 10 single records stacked together, yet hipo use boxes so big there could have been 20 inside [not a one off as ive had single c.ds off them in gigantic boxes] so too big for the postman to bring and has to come by courier,on the gigantic box is a faint label name first ,town second, street name third then finally heres the best bit, jersey channel isles united  needless to say this ended up in france and probibly difficult for them to work out as channel islands to them is isles de la manche, anyway by a miracle somebody stuck it on a B.A plane and whoever brought it to my house left it outside on the street all day,[wouldnt have been the biggest loss of my life but this was $138 with post]jeez am i lucky
