| I saw her a couple of years ago and she was excellent. She still looks and sounds good and can sass the hell outta anyone. Class all the way. Viva La Shaw!

| Saw her in concert in 1988 when she did a superb jazz set with a three piece jazz trio. The set reflected her Live In Vine Street LP that came out at the time - and caused quite a lot of controversy, I recall, as she did a lot of jazz numbers off the new LP rather than her 70T's soul classics. It was the first gig I ever took my partner (now wife) to and it cost me an arm and a leg to get the tickets. Simply ..... .... the best concert I have ever been to in my life! Awesome it was. :D :D |

| Marlena Shaw's Great in Concert! A million thanks to Maarten and to the "Radio Magnetic" website. I'd heard of Ms. Shaw's disco/funk and R&B accomplishments, but this was something totally remarkable. What a great listen!
