maze frankie beverley we are be pressing????

I just came back from Malaysia and bought around 60 records a lot of good stuff very cheap - about 40 12"s most of which looked to be from a radio station i.e they were stamped on the labels

one of these records is maze featuring frankie beverley - we are one/right on time "special mixes". The label is blank red but has been stamped on one side with the artist and song titles with an official looking stamp i.e it uses fonts, italics and bold print. The runouts reads 12 CL 295 A-2-1-1/12 CL 295 B-1-1-1. Anyone know whats going on here is it a promo, test press, bootleg or something else?????
