Raw Silk on Top of the pops 2!

Did anyone see the early 80's disco group 'Raw Silk' on Top of the Pops 2 the other week performing their big 1982 chart hit 'Do it to the music'?

No I didn't see it ....But I never knew that Do It To The Music was a chart hit! And such a good club record too!

You see - 1981/82 I spent studying in out Germany, and I did not keep up with the pop charts in the UK ...

Can you recall from memory which other disco records charted in the UK around that time? I think Get Down On It was very successful coz that was around Xmas 1981 when I came homef or the festive period ...

I did see Raw Silk on TV & if you read my thread called Rokotto you'd see I've mentioned this already but u seem to be more concerned with starting dozens of threads yourelf rather than reading other people's. (oo- Miss Steely getting tetchy tonite; time to go back on the prozac I think!)
