| One of my all - time favorite basketball players is Wayman Tisdale . The cool thing about him is that he’s a really good jazz musician. He has a new album out titled “Way Up” I got a copy from my work UMGD. It’s so good I’ve been listening to it over and over. I’m really hip on the Jazz scene. From studying in school, you know the good old music appreciation class? Did anyone go to the Long Beach Jazz Festival? I hear he played it and he is on the RENDEZVOUS ALL STAR TOUR. If you happen to see him on tour let me know what you think about it and if you need more information go check out his website. www.waymantisdale.com |

| I have all his releases and really love in particular his cover of "Ain't no stoppin' us now". In the bridge he adds a little something that wasn't in the original version. I also like his first single "Circumstances" which was a midtempo jam complete with vocoder. On that album Power Forward, he included a duet with Brian McKnight called "You" which is on par with one of the best ballads McKnight has ever performed. If you like Tisdale, try Craig T Cooper who also plays bass and had many releases in the early to mid 1990's. |

| I agree also. his latest effort is worth the effort of putting out. nice cover also. just wondering if anyone did a jazz version of home alone by r kelly?
