Default Sheena Easton's - The Lover In Me is being remastered

With bonus tracks no less! Couldn't really think where to put this topic, its not really a disco album, its more funky/dance/pop with a bit of soul! so I thought here would be best.

I really love this album, especially the title track. Its so commercial in places and yet quite bizzare in others - like the haunting '101' produced by prince, and the delicate 'Fire & Rain' produced by Angela Winbush.

The Babyface/L.A. Reid tracks are my favourites though, particularly the flop single 'No Deposit No Return' (the Remix of this is a bonus track on this issue too). It's such a good choice to release I think, and i'm told it has extra pictures and some liner notes too which is always nice. I hate lazy re-issues! I wish Sheena would have a comeback one day, her voice is too good not to be heard.

Here's the tracklist I found on Amazon:

1. No Deposit No Return
2. The Lover In Me
3. Follow My Rainbow
4. Without You
5. If It's Meant To Last
6. Days Like This
7. One Love
8. 101
9. Cool Love
10. Fire And Rain
11. The Lover In Me (Extended Version) (Bonus Track)
12. Days Like This (7" Version) (Bonus Track)
13. 101 (The Remix) (Bonus Track)
14. Deposit No Return (Radio Edit) (Bonus Track)

It's out on 29th May.

I played the "Lover and me" the other night and it still sounds fresh. I got a copy fairly cheap a few years back. I haven't seen the price on this one go through the roof yet. It's the only Lp I ever like by her. A later cut called "What comes naturally" didn't really sound too soulful.
