| Hall & Oates - I think we can throw on 'I Can't Go For That'. That track was sweet and funky, and from '81. Also: Exile - Never Gonna Stop America - Slow Down Area Code 615 (a country rock group) - Stone Fox Chase Poco - Nobody's Fool Titanic - Rain 2000, Macumba There was some mention of Tony Orlando & Dawn doing an early proto-disco track on the other board. I forgot the name of the track. Disco Funk |

| For me the greatest ever rock disco track has to be the Doobie Brothers "What a fool believes" the Jim Burgess mix . About 3 years ago while working in a record shop .a U.S Dj who was on a local club that night came in and asked for it.I seem to remember it was Timmy Regisford. He expected me to pull it from beneath the counter. DOOOH. |
