Unusual Nice Treat label Blaxploitation/early 70's ost comp

It's on Nice Treat label and it's called SEX, SLEAZE AND SOUL and it's filled with funky sounds and sound effects from trailers, and actual music from early 70's, mostly black action films. Some surprising stuff on the cd for sure, like "Bucktown - The Theme", as well as incidental and theme music from JD's Revenge, Bare Knuckles, Switchblade Sisters, Human Tornado, Black Godfather, The Big Doll House, Hammer, Black Eye, Breaker Breaker, That Man Bolt, Superchick, and some Bruce Lee films. There are also oddball bits of spoken narrative, obviously recorded from a vhs tape or possible dvd. In fact, the whole cd seems a bit shady. But, if I can get it in Helsinki you can get it where ever you may be, go out and get it! The label Nice Treat is not out of Italy or England but an American company for a change.
