Black Devil "Disco Club" LP

Can anyone help me with background information on this LP, the musicians behind it, and also an indication of what you should expect to pay for it. Also, was this pressed on more than one occasion? any help appreciated, thanks again 8)

I don't have this album. I cannot convince myself to buy it!
It is a french pressing (later pressed in Italy too) and you can expect to pay 50 to 80 US$ for it

I got sent a promo of the re-issue (it has four tracks). What info do you need? I know it's tricky to find.
