"Dolce Vita" - Ryan Paris (LOVED THIS, too Voyage)
"Give Me A Break/Remember" - Vivian Vee (never mind the strange vocals, this double-sided hit was dance floor heaven!!!)
"Fear" - Easy Going (scary and sexy!!!)
and something by a girl named Klaudia--I think that was Italian. :o We had soooooooomany of those Il Disc Records at Aloha in the early '80s.

Albano, is Dolce Vita by Sparks the same one as Ryan Paris's (I think it's a different song :roll: )? Or the same as Kristian Conde? Or Alberto D' Arco?

Marky "Masterpiece" and " I Like Chopin" are Gazebo's best songs. I love both and recommend both the instrumental and vocal versions.

Last year (2003) there was a remix of Dolce Vita released in the summer. I remember dancing to it on a disco in Florence or Rome. :P

3. Daydream - L.A. MESSINA, Discomagic ©1983 - the song title says it all : happy, upbeat melody and actually suprisingly nice lyrics from Lugi Fedele who barely speaks English

4. Mr. Crusoe - MONO BAND, F1 Team ©1984 - best work from Renato D'Herin - witty lyrics and great beats

5. I'm Gonna Dance - RYVON DJ, Poker ©1984 - Italian men's "blues", sad and melancholy song, great typical Italo synths and arangements...

I always liked 'Rise Up For My Love' by Yvonne Kay (I think this was another Italian singer with a phoney 'english' name, & she looked exactly like Spagna on the cover but without the blonde wig!) from '84.

I also like 'Stop' by Valerie Allington; I never got round to buying this but I had it on good authority that this was an Italian record (from '83); can anyone clarify this for me?

yes, STOP Is italian, it was originally released on MUSIX label in 1983. a great song!
