Default THE FLIRTS

Did you know that Linda Jo Rizzo joined the trio right after Andrea, Rebecca and Hope left the group, Linda is the girl
on red on the cover of the album "Born to Flirt" but it was
just for very short time, does anybody know the names
of the other two girls? is the brunette girl on yellow dress
Christina Criscione?

I think so. I've never seen Christina as a blonde, so it would stand to reason. Plus she was definitely with the Flirts at the time because she was the lead vocalist for "Danger." Linda Jo Rizzo was only with the group for that one album during her hiatus from Europe.

Default THE FLIRTS [Sandra D'kay]

Did you know that Sandra K'kay, Andrea Del Conte, and Rebecca Sullivan were the 3 first original members of the group The Flirts,
Holly Kerr replaced Sandra and that's when they released the
album 10 cents a dance .

I must say ORLANDOT, you are quite the Flirts authority! Do you know where any of them are now?

Default Heartbreak USA - Impulse

Wow, I finally found an old VHS tape I made more than 20 years ago with that sound on it. The video was really weird. Space aliens that looked like crocodile men... I would love to get one of those records. Can you give me more info on the label so I can try to find it on ebay or on the net...

...runs and checks record...

Okay, the label is Preppy Records and the song is "Impulse" from 1985. Two of the girls are in the B/W photo on the cover.

Only so you'll know that The Flirts [Andrea, Rebecca and Hope] were live on American Bandstand on
Saturday, October 9, 1983 and they performed "Jukebox" [don't put another dime] and "Telephone" [pick it up].
Did anybody tape the show?
because I did it but not very well, audio and video come out very bad
quality,
I could buy or trade it for another very rare tv live performed from the Flirts.

So I take it that you grew up in the SGV during the HiNRG days?

As per discogs, these were the Flirts vocalists:

1982 10C a Dance: Andrea, Rebecca & Holly
1983 Born To Flirt: Christina, Debby, Holly
1984 Made In America: Debby, Christy, Christina
1985 Blondies Brunettes & Redheads: Tricia, Debby, Christina
1986 Questions Of The Heart: Geri, Christina, Debby

Me wonders which one of them was Linda Jo Rizzo. Wasn't she part of the original Flirts line-up or is Linda Jo Rizzo a mere artist's name? I have no idea what they're doing today or if any of them started a solo career. Does anybody know?

Linda's restaurant in Munich: Piazza Linda, Mnchen's einziges Restaurant mit tglicher Livemusik

Website (her music): Linda Jo Rizzo - Entertainer, Singer, Composer
