Default still not 100% sure what Hi-NRG is
but for the sake of argument I'll define it as songs with very high beats per minute. With that in mind, the Hi-NRG song that I dislike the most would be Musique's "In the Bush". Dumb song, dumb lyrics. But ironically I adore the other 3 songs on it's album. I've never heard anything I really liked by the Boys Town Gang, and I always thought most of the songs on the Village People's albums qualified as filler.

I thought I was the only one in the world that felt this way about this disco "sacred cow" ...... push push in the bush ..... these low brow lyrics might've seemed cleverly titillating at the junior high school level .... ....

Likewise OSF , conversely, I heartily embrace(d) KEEP ON JUMPIN' as a true classic .....

but I admit to not recalling the rest of the album .....

I don't think anything can beat "Mama Told Me" by Fantastique

Has to be the cheesiest dance track of all time

Lyrics like "my mama she told me, my mama mama told me" I'm giggling as I write this :-P
