Anyone else recall M&H Band - Popcorn?


Huge gay club tune and massive in Ibiza back in 1988.

Cheesey instrumental fun and a galloping good larf ;)

Got the 12" in my collection. Found it a few years back - a true cheesy camp classic !!

I have the M & H Band version but theres almost as many versions of this as there is my way - even that flaming frog has covered it!

Hi Neil. The Shirley Bassey song is written by Amurri, Newell & Canfora while the Eartha Kitt track is a Jacques Morali item. Both excellent but not the same! There's another thread running about the Birley Shassey track on the 70s/80s disco section & the general thing there is that the Meco Menardo version is the one to get.
