I have too many sad songs to list but keeping within the disco era, one song that always gets me dancing with tears in my eyes is Marlena Shaw's 'Touch Me In The Morning'....then end the night with Tasha Thomas' rendition of 'Drinking Again'.. :(

Default remicks

do you prefer Carly Simon's later material, or her earlier stuff? I like "Coming Around Again" a lot, but it sounds kind of electronic, where songs like "The Right Thing to Do" and "Waited So Long", to me, were a lot more musical and human.

I love the album 'Coming Around Again'...a well-played cd in my house. Best cut (and best message) is You Have To Hurt...also The Stuff That Dreams Are Made Of.
