"Armed and Dangerous" can be found on All in the Name of loveCD from 1987. It may now be out of print but its is fairly common since it has the mega hit "Always" on it.

It must be a CD only bonus cut then. I have the album on vinyl and it's not there.

Labels did that to get people to convert to digital CDs. "Armed and Dangerous" is on my copy of All in the Name of LoveCD which I bought about 7 years ago.

I can't quite say that Sharon Bryant "never made it" as a solo artist, as she had a number 1 hit on the RandB charts with a synthesized dance track called "Let Go". I loved it, and picked up her solo album (which I later lost, have no idea what happened to it). But I remember it has a wonderful cover of the Supreme's "Where Did Our Love Go?". Pick up the album if you see it, sorry I can't remember the title. As for Atlantic Starr, I thought they were good but not great. My favorite track of theirs was a ballad called "If Your Heart Isn't In It". Oddly enough, I recently considered picking up their greatest hits collection, but saw 2 separate collections, each with some of the same songs and some different ones (probably because they recorded for 2 different labels). I'll probably make my own collection sometime soon.

Here I am was the name of Sharon Bryant 1989 CD. It's available relatively cheap on Amazon which is where I got mine. It had "Let Go" but not any Supremes covers. Maybe you're confusing her with Marcia Griffiths.

I may have been thinking of Barbra Weathers, wasn't she also one of Atlantic Starr's singers? Anyway, that cover of the Supreme's classic really stuck in my mind because I almost never enjoy covers of Motown songs from the 60s and 70s, the sound is just impossible to accurately duplicate.
