| Dexter Wansel "I'll never forget (my favorite discotheque)" on PIR mentions a few 70's discos including Studio 54. Also, I remember a Shep Pettibone mix of "Walkin on sunshine" that had the lines ' Funhouse parties in the sushine, Garage parties in the sunshine' but I think this may actually be cut in from a different track...any ideas what it was? |

| Talking Heads "Love during Wartime" isn't a disco song, but it does mention the Mudd Club. "Le Freak" of course was written about Studio 54's accidentally barring Nile Rodgers and Bernard Edwards from entering, despite the fact that they were Grace Jones' guests, so "The 54" is mentioned in that song. |
