For some reason I could not log in and post this on the Disco clubs page so I post here.

My Uncle's disco in Van Nuys:

I will never forget the good times I had there. Like Shrug who posted earlier I used to get all decked out in my best Angels Flights, silk shirt and vinyl platforms and dance the night away.

I remember that once in a while they would have live entertainment but not often.

We used to go in a group and we basically lived there Friday's and Saturdays. I drive by there every once in a while and I think it's a thrift store of some kind. It makes me sad to drive by but the pull is just too much.

Sometimes we would rotate between My Uncles and the Tikis in Monterey Park. As someone else wrote there was serious disco at one time there also.

I think that My Uncles later became
" Hott trax ' or something like that.

Does anybody remember the group of Cubans from Hoover and Glendale high that used to frequent there in 1975,76 and 77?
