Kano - Can't Hold Back Your Lovin'

Can anyone tell me on what format the extended version of Can't Hold Back Your Lovin' is? I have the OG LP and that's 4.48. The Mirage 12-inch is also 4.48. But there's also a 7.06 version, but I have no idea what it's on. Is there a promo with a longer mix on it or something?

LBG, I have it on Full Time 12". Time is 7:34. It's billed as 'New USA Remixed Version'.

and, oddly enough, that long "usa" version was never issued in the usa - only in italy.
