Default Hey Guys I need help finding...

Herbie Mann's "Hijack" I've been looking for a version of this song that is not mixed in with another track. Perhaps even an extended version of it. Any ideas where I can get this. I looked up his catalog and I only found it on his Anthology which was steep in price.

It's on quite a few compilations, so far as as I aware. I have it on Disco Connection Vol. 2, which is quite a recent release and should be widely available. See the vaults for more details.

I have it on a cd called Let there Be Drums. Here is a link.

The song is unmixed and runs for 5:16 on that cd.

There's also a compilation called Atlantic Dance Classics (the one I have).

This links to a 2-disc set by Herbie Mann, Turtle Bay/Discotheque. "Hi-Jack" came from Discotheque, which also features Herbie's versions of Lady Marmalade and a couple other disco songs (although, unlike Hi-Jack, the other tunes are rather underpowered). But it's only $17.
