Finally - Kings of Tomorrow has so many versions. Nevertheless, a great song. Rapture - IIO Hot!! The Big Beat Future Classics series are nice.

In the last 5 minutes I've been listening to:

Soul Searchers - We The People 1972

What's becoming a pop hit for myself at the moment:

Paul Jabara - Honeymoon 1979 (7 minute version)

Song I'm listening to now:

Temptations - Papa Was A Rolling Stone 1972 (Full length version)

Thats right! There are more then 10 versions out there, but the one I like the most is the DANNY TENAGLIA VOCAL CLUB MIX!

Oh, more great house songs that are currently causing a fuzz are:
X-PRESS 2 > LAZY
with vocals by DAVID BYRNE singing that he's lazy. on an irrisitible beat that makes ya wanna put on ya dancin shoes.

SHAKEDOWN > AT NIGHT
this song is currently on its way to the top in the UK top of the pops! this is ROLLERSKATE NU-DISCO of the finest quality. Best version is the KID CREME FINKSTA MIX! I got my Promo-copy a while ago before the song was released on a major label and immediatly knew it would become big!

Oh, and in case you missed it, the vocal house record of last year(2001) definetly was: JOHN CUTLER feat. E-man > IT'S YOURS!
Best version is the JON'S B-SIDE BREAKDOWN MIX, which just starts with a 5 minute vocal breakdown, waiting for the beat to kick in only at the 2/3 of the song. Massive tune!
