NEW MUSIC SUCKS & IS UNORIGINAL!!!!!!

I think these 'talent' shows on TV make the matter worse, as the people in them sing covers and any song writing or musical talent doesn't seem to be encouraged. Also I think the lack of characters in today's music is sad. Most of the bands I see on British TV all look and sound the same, regardless of what type of music they are performing, (ie all the pop bands are the same as other pop bands, and all the Indie bands are like other Indie bands) I was never a Spice Girls fan, and wouldn't really class them as being that talented, but at least they had character
