Default Eddie Drennon 12"

'Do It Nice And Easy'/'Do What You Gotta Do' recently surfaced on bootleg 12", decked out as a convincing Friends & Co. reissue (DD-1004). This was rumoured to have been on 12" originally ('Let's Do The Latin Hustle' isn't too difficult to track down on 12) but I've never known anyone to have even seen the supposed 1975 disco pressing. Has mere rumour lead to this bootleg's issue, or is it really a copy of an original 12"?

I saw this 'reissue' last week at Amoeba here in SF too. I suspect it is a fantasy item... the original Friends & Company pressing of DD-1004 was commercially issued in 1979 and was by the group named "212". Song titles were

Daddy 6:36 / Duke's Train 7:06

Actually the group's name is Extensions from Area Code 212. The album is very good with a mixture of jazzy dance numbers.

Interesting timings you posted on that 12" as the album versions are a few seconds shorter.
Daddy 6:22
Duke's Train 6:54
I wonder if the versions are actually different?
