I bought Vol. 4 because I saw in that CD, 2 Martin Circus tracks!

That's correct.

It gives two Unidisc releases with the title "Prelude's Greatest Hits, Vol. IV"

first release 1989 (tracklist from AMG)
second release 1995/96 (your tracklist)
