Default HOT R. S. "Forbidden Fruit"

Hi all :D
Iīve recently purchased a Disco album by HOT R. S. called "Forbidden Fruit", wich is produced by Kevin Kruger. The track list is the following:
Side 1:
1- In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida (Act I)
2- The Garden Of Eden
3-In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida (Act II)

Side 2:
1-Temptation
2-Adamīs Apple
3-Snake Dance

Never heard of this band nor the producer till i bought it...First track sounds a bit like a mixture between Disco and Progressive Rock...I think this album is trying to imitate Alec R. Costandinos...Itīs not a masterpiece, but i enjoy listening to it...I would like to know if someone from this board ever heard of this band, album or producer...The copy i bought doesnīt hava a date, but it must be from 1978/1979...If you could give me more infotmation about all of this,i would be very pleased. Thanks for your time :D

Dear studio74!
I enjoy only the song "Temptation" on this album, because
itīs a little bit synthi-wave...
Itīs strange but the best cover-version of "In-A-Gadda-
Da-Vida" is the 12"-Version of BONEY M!
HOT R.S. released another Album in 1978 called "The
House Of The Rising Sun".
Cosmic Love & Kisses From SIRIUS & DARKTUNES...

"Temptation" is a really great song that has something special for me but The "House of The Rising Sun" LP is by far better.

HOT R.S. is (I believe) a South African act. Both LPs of Hot R.S. are produced by Kevin Kruger.

I love the 12" mix of "The House of the rising sun". It is awsome. I use to have that mix. I think it was about 17 min. long...or somewhere around there. It was super dancing to that song on the crowded dance floor with smoke flowing down on the floor. This group does a great job. If you ever see it...BUY IT!!
