Anyway, back to issue, these artists I still really like but don't mention them that much:
-Gerry Rafferty
-Olivia Newton-John
-Eddy Grant
-Gino Vanelli
-Raffaella Carrá
-Erasure (lotsa mock-gay jokes when this sounds at a party)
-Neil Diamond. Yes, I said it. NEIL DIAMOND! :o

Also most of my friends don't dig disco music really (hence my participation in this forum). But there are other tracks more deserving of "guilty" pleasure on my part. Here's some of them downloaded to make "mood" compilations:
-GILBERT O'SULLIVAN - Clair
-BREAD - Everything I own
-AL STEWART - Year of the cat
-HERB ALPERT - Rise
-BOB WELCH - Sentimental lady
-PLAYER - Baby come back
-AIR SUPPLY - Lost in love (ouch!)
-ALESSI - All for a reason (double ouch!)
-STEPHEN BISHOP - One more night (this is turning to the bizarre)
-CHRIS REA - Fool if you think it's over
-CHRISTOPHER CROSS - Sailing (I used to listen to this on lonely teenage nights in my bedroom... aaaagggghhh!!!)

Cheesy, cheesy, CHEESY!!!  :P
Nano: if you're a Joni Mitchell fan, I sure hope you saw the musical tribute show a bunch of her musical friends threw for her a few years ago. This was one of the best (no, THE best!) tribute concerts I'd ever seen, but for some reason it's never been re-broadcast, and is NOT available on DVD (at least I've never seen it). Emotional, stunning performances by many of the best musicians and singer ever: Richard Thompson, Wynonna, Shawn Colvin, Cyndi Lauper, Diana Krall (her "A Case of You" stole the show), Cassandra Wilson and many others.

Graham: Bread's "Baby I'm a Want You" is still one of the most beautiful and sad songs I've ever heard, along with Neil Diamond's "Heartlight" and Double's "The Captain of her Heart"

I'd love to eat Toto Co....OK....This is an amateur clip, by some karaoke dudes but the song is genuine and this really makes my heart beat. My favourite French Luuuuv song.

Shake: "Tu Sais Je T'aime"
