Hey,

Am I the only one that can't access DJ-Pir's files :( ? Hell, I wanna play, too. I keep getting 'FILE NOT FOUND' and I even updated my DAP (Download Accelerator Plus) to make sure I was current. Help me, technical gurus, please. I put my browser to 'default' settings so as not to have any restricted sites. Still no go. What do I check next? I'm feeling all left out and alone, ready to  ...

Thanks,
Nicky :D

Hi Nick & K-Bee, I can play mine off Real Player real player is the one that comes up and rules the computer...

DJ Pir, oh boy.... I only got 2.... I think I hear a snippit of

Be Yourself - Cameo
I Feel Good - James Brown
Single Life - Cameo

the rest sounds like Cameo LP cuts... that I'm gonna have to check out... how did I do so far?

Guys,

The soundfile can be opened with any application that will play mp3 files,
If you can't play it online just rightclick the link and choose "save as" to save the file locally.

To be sure i tried several pc's and all work here.

To avoid dns problems i corrected the link to an ip address.... 8)

Try again please, it's only fun if everyone can join in.

Nicky, K-Bee, if it still doesn't work please don't hesitate to pm for assistance.

Efunk,

James Brown is only a little sample (not one of the five tracks) to throw you off the correct path....
That first track is a track from a couple of relatives from one of the great soul artists of the 60's/70's

There's Cameo in there indeed but what track ?

Thanks for correcting this DJ Pir. it works fine for me now. :)
This is what I could find out of:

1) The Reddings - The Awakening
2) Cameo - She's Strange (Room 123)
3) ?
4) ?
5) LTD - Kickin' Back

K-Bee,

You are on the one there..

All three correct, "The Awakening" is one of my all time favs as far as
funky music is concerned, it's the b-side of my "Remote control" 12"
# 2 Cameo - She's strange from the 12" , a real blast for your soundsystem...
# 5 is indeed LTD - Kickin' back also a classic imho

3 down 2 to go, guess the 2 remaining tracks are the most obscure ones but shouldn't be impossibble.........

Thanks for the fix, DJ-Pir. I don't know them (bet they're collecting dust in the stack) but they sound good. You're edits are sweet, dude. Love those horn rushes. :)
