Nrgbeat is right, 1979. A Warner/RFC release along with being a PAP (Patrick Adams Production).

IMO "Shinning" is the better track by her. On the same LP or on Tee Scott mixed 12".

'Shining' is indeed the best track on the LP. 'Where We Are Headed' is a good cut also.
