Does anyone on this board remember a singer from Buffalo by the name of Donna Mc Daniel?

She had two hits that I recall "Save Me" and "Fairy Tale". I think she sang on the Midsong label.

I'm curious whatever happened to her.

I certainly remember Donna. She was a guest on my Disco Step-by-Step (tm) show in the summer of 1977. She was quite a singer and made for a very interesting guest as well. This was back when the show was on Intenational Cable in Buffalo. We chatted outside by the swimming pool area behind the Club 747.

I never really stayed in touch with her so I am not sure what really happened to her. I did find a photo of her on the web and some information at AMG Guide. Here is the link to her bio, etc. http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p...=B2zdqoa8ayijz. I hope she is still doing well. Please let me know if you find anymore info. on her. I would love to know what she is up to nowadays. I know she did sing background vocals on a couple of Toto albums.

I do not remember her ever having an actual hit record herself. She did have a great song out when I did the interview. But do not think it turned into a national hit.

Marty
