I don't remember his name but the deceased member of The Fat Boys (80's rap group) was the best human beat box ever. In second place, I'll vote for Dougie Fresh from the Get Fresh Crew (another 80's rap group).

The late Fat Boys members name was Darren Robinson but he was nicknamed "The Human Beatbox".

Best beatbox song in my opinion is the all star acapella jam "We Be Doin' It" from Quincy Jones "Back On The Block" album. It features Take 6, Al Jarraue, Bobby McFerrin, Chaka Khan and even Sarah Vaughn & Ella Fitzgerald.

Dougie Fresh ,
I guess you are talkin bout "ladidadi".
thats a good song.
I had it on vinyl, a b-side 12" song if
i rember it right.
i have found it a couple of time on the net,
but they all seam to be some short versions.
mising this part;
its all becouse of you
im feeling sad and blue
you went away and now
my life is filled whit rainy days
i love you so , how much youll never know
cuz you took your love away from me.

did he do more like this one?

As for human beat boxes, here are the ones I know of:

Doug E. Fresh - The world's greatest entertainer
Biz Markie - The Inhuman Orchestra
Buff - The Human Beat Box from The Fat Boys
Ready Rock Cee - The Human Lyndrome down with Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince
Wise - The human mix machine of Stetsasonic
Rahzel of The Roots
Jojobeat - The Puerto Rican bongo drum

As for the best beat box song:

Make the music with your mouth - Biz Markie

This jam still rocks at a party.

Easy,

Sam "ALL JAM"

You guys are drunk.... too much of that pink kool-aid

By far, the best beat-box song goes strictly to:
The Skinny Boys-"The Human Jock Box" The Phattest beatbox track ever! Dont believe me... hear it for yourself (I downloaded it from limewire)
second- Ready Rock Cee
