Are you sure that's an original copy? When I bought mine, way back when, I didn't receive any of that stuff! Perhaps Casablanca inserted it into a Select Few of them.'NUFF SAID

Not sure 'bout the bonus record, but the poster (a calendar for 1977 featuring Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter images of Miz Summer) hangs on my kitchen closet door.

The sticker and order forms were included with the 1st-run pressings of the LP. The calendar was included in the 1st and 2nd pressings.

Here's scans of the order form & the free record.
You got the record with a purchase of anything from the order form. But that wasn't a guarantee, because the records were extremely limited.

I got all this stuff when I was working at the record store. So I didn't have to order it. And my "life-size" stand-up (well... maybe if Donna was about 4 feet tall) is the promotion edition. It has a block along the bottom of her feet, with pictures of her first, three LPs.

The next stand-up they did for Donna was promo only. It was for the "Live & More" LP.

Don't forget the "self-addressed envelope" that was also in the lp!
