Default 12" singles issued exclusively as promos?

I was wondering what 12" singles were issued exclusively as promos, with a commercial copy never released. I think Whistle Bump by Deodato was only issued as a promo at 7:42, the LP and 45 were both approx 4:21 long. Also, the 12" version of "Do You Love What You Feel" by Rufus/Chaka Khan was issued only as a promo at 6:40, with only the LP and 45 versions available at just over 4 minutes long. Does anyone else know any others? :-?

There are LOADS of remixes -- and even songs -- that were only ever issued as promos. This practice continues to this day.

A comprehensive list would be well into the thousands.

Of course, once you realize that the US was not the centre of the universe, many tracks that weren't available there were released commercially in other countries. As previously discussed Whistle Bump is one such example.
