I only recently started buying used vinyl and have been amazed that I too have been able to find sealed copies of records. I think I've managed to find about 5 so far.

As to purchasing vinyl through the mail, I've not had any problems so far - cross fingers - and all the dealers I've dealt with have been super, very helpful and pack all product very securely and safely.
