Default Famous disco's on lp covers

Hi, Thought this might be fun for us to have a go at:
On the DC LaRue LP- Cathedrals - the rear shows three famous NY club doorways - Flamingo, 12 West and Infinity
I am not sure which is which, but does anyone here remember

And therefore, are there any others you can think of

I also remember that the cover of Disco Gold Volume 2 - showed a nightclub from the decks view - I believe it is FLAMINGO.

Saturday Night Band: Come On Dance Dance lp cover has pic taken at New York's Starship Discovery, the same place they shot the club scenes of "Nocturna" in.
One of the Spinners lps - can't recall the title now as the lp is stacked somewhere in the cellar - has the inside of Xenon in the cover, complete with the ribbons that rained down at one point every night.
German Disco Hits comp; sleeve has Studio 54 image, used no doubt without permission.

Interesting topic !

Starship Discovery

Xenons

it reads something there on the wall : SOO (?) DISCO ?

where?

couldn't find a photo of DC Larue's back cover ....
by the way, if you search for "Larue Cathedrals" .... it'll ask: "did you mean 'large' cathedrals? "

Does 'Thank God Its Friday' count? Or 'Saturday Night Fever'? I don't remember if those were actual disco interiors or just movie sets. I think Fever might have been the latter.

Now that you mention it, it does. And if the Love Boat is in town you know Charo is nearby.

: )

I like how it features the Studio 54 "door game." Where everyone in line has that competitive anxiety. Not quite sure if they'll get it. (Where's the intimidating doorman in the shot?)

Yeah ... good eye indeed
GQ's cover has always been a fave sleeve of mine.
A Japanese designer customised the GQ-artwork for a flyer on his site :

Adding club-photos here below, though i'm not shure
from which discos they are or if they're famous too.

Recently spotted this great one :

Maybe the surrounding in the pic below is too vaguely generic, lol.

Inner Life's 'Im Caught Up (In a One Night Love Affair)' LP from '79 features Regines disco on it's cover shot.
