Thumbs up Re: Who's FENATI?

"Enchanted Garden" was a never completed or mastered cut. The tune was in the prosess of being edited and mixed for release in 1980 for the Earmark division of Casablanca, and cause the label was about to go under, it never got done and random chunks and rough cuts just sat in the vaults for years in 2 pieces on a reel to reel.

I had these remains givin to me by Wayne Scott (who worked in the promotions department at Earmark back when) round late 2006 and I ended up mixing 3 different takes over the past few years with the 3rd take finally coming out right into a full 17 min cut, mixed properly and a true finished product now 27 and a half years later. What you heard in that video is a would be single edit of that finished product.

I was recently asked to do a live 70s disco set for XM Radio's "Chrome" channel's Sat night disco mixes, and in this set I kick it off by playing the entire full 17 mins minus the last 20 secs or so (to mix into the next track). Whenever this airs (prob sometime in the next few months), this will be the first time the tune gets heard to a wide listening audience in its now full mixed entierty :)
